1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at https://oasiscleaning.com or by booking any cleaning service from Oasis Cleaning ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Our Services

Oasis Cleaning provides premium residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, recurring maintenance cleaning, deep detail cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or property at our sole discretion.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written or electronic confirmation from us.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property at the time of booking.
• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling without a late cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee equal to the full service cost may be charged.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning session unless a recurring billing arrangement has been established.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Prices quoted are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions of the property.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 14 days' written notice for recurring service clients.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any area cleaned during your service, notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning completion and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the same areas originally included in the service scope and does not cover dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing conditions or issues outside our control.

6. Access to Property

• You must ensure our team has safe and lawful access to your property at the agreed time.
• All keys, access codes, or entry devices provided to us are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• You are responsible for securing or removing any valuables, fragile items, or irreplaceable objects prior to our arrival.
• You agree to inform us of any hazardous materials, pets with behavioral issues, or special circumstances that may affect our team's safety.

7. Liability

Oasis Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team's negligence, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Our liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the service provided in that session.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• Damage to items not disclosed prior to service.
• Loss of unsecured valuables.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website Use

• Our website is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage or impair it.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the website without notice.
• Content on this site (text, images, design) is our intellectual property. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Advertising Disclosures

Our website uses Google Ads and Google Analytics to serve targeted advertisements and analyze site traffic. Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with 14 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client acts in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner toward our team members.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Beverly Hills, CA.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
